Why we exist
People come home from a lot of beautiful hotels. They tell stories about the one where something happened. That difference rarely comes from the installations. It comes from what the property allows: permission to arrive, and a structure that holds the evening once the guest does.
Most guests want that moment and don't quite know how to reach it alone. So the evening stays pleasant instead of becoming memorable, and the stay is reviewed as nice instead of retold for years. We build the structure that closes that gap.
What we do
We design rituals around a property's rooms, amenities, and voice: an anniversary evening in the fireplace suite, an unhurried arrival, a dinner worth pausing for. Each ritual runs on two layers. The property layer is set once with you and stays true to your brand. The guest layer reshapes the evening privately for whoever is in the room that night, from a few private questions asked before the evening begins. Their answers never reach your team.
Everything is delivered under your brand, never ours: a QR card in the room or a pre-arrival link in your booking confirmation. Nothing for your staff to run, no app, no per-guest fees.

I founded Liminal for Hotels to design that shift deliberately, for the properties whose stays are meant to mean something.
